Refund policy
Cancellation
We only allow cancellation if the product is not sent to production yet.
In case a full cancellation is requested for an order that has already been shipped from our warehouse, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable labour charges, manufacturing costs, shipping fees, and a restocking fee.
Order should be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is manufactured and processed, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.
Refund/Exchange
We offer a no cost, hassle-free replacement if the product received is damaged, broken or in an unusable state. To process the replacement, please create a support ticket by logging in or share clear images or videos showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item via email at help@culltique.in.
Return/refund request will be deemed not serviceable if the customer fails to provide appropriate information at the time of placing an order. Any mistakes made during variant selection by the customer at the time of placing the order will also not be eligible for a return/refund/exchange.
If a product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, a full refund will be credited from our end within 1-2 business days. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method within 1–2 business days after deduction of any applicable transaction fee.
In cases where the shipped order is not delivered, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If all attempts fail, the order will be marked for return. No refund will be issued in such cases, but the customer may contact us to have the order reshipped from our warehouse at no additional cost.
Refunds & returns ARE NOT applicable or offered for customers who’ve made minor mistakes or variant selection errors while placing their order.
Images displayed on our website are for digital representation purposes only. Actual product colors may vary slightly from those shown due to product photography lighting, screen settings, or other factors.
Any user initiated cancellations without prior notice will not be refunded. Orders can be reshipped once we have the items received by us at our warehouse.

Returns
If the product received is wrong or has damage / fitting issues, we will replace the product at no additional cost. These cases are not eligible for a refund and a replacement request needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing the address for the relevant order. Please note, changes can only be made before the order is sent for processing.
If the replacement product is not in stock, we will issue store credit/coupon to your account/email.
Refund amount provided to the customer is always exclusive of any added charges or discounts. Applicable refund amount is always the item price seen on the store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product. To help us evaluate and resolve the issue within 24 hours of delivery, an unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory for processing any damage or quality-related claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be credited on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
